Oda seeing Norio at some theater where Mayumi Tanaka was doing something is what made Oda want to put alllll of those okama into One Piece. Also what made him want to make a character exactly like Norio! Norio noticed this and as a result auditioned for Ivankovs' voice, Oda noticed and also thought that Norio did a superb job at it.
SO IT'S LIKE A GIVEN THAT NORIO GOT ARRESTED FOR THIS!!!! I mean, if he's exactly like Ivankov, then ofcourse he'd do thaaaaat ^....^

IVAAA-CHAAAN ! :( But I respect him, that he wasn't afraid of showing his way of life to people, even if it got him arrested. Indeed, exactly how Iva would behave :D!!!
