'Maou no Ore ga Dorei Elf wo Yome ni Shitanda ga, Dou Medereba Ii?' Unveils Additional Cast, Staff, Opening Theme, First Promo for Spring 2024

The official website of the Maou no Ore ga Dorei Elf wo Yome ni Shitanda ga, Dou Medereba Ii? (An Archdemon's Dilemma: How to Love Your Elf Bride) television anime unveiled additional cast, staff, opening theme, the first promo, and a key visual (pictured) on Wednesday. The television anime is set to air in April 2024 on Tokyo MX, MBS, and BS Asahi.

The Brow Beat is performing the opening theme "Wakaranaiai," which is previewed in the promotional video below.

Hiroshi Ishiodori (Watashi ga Motete Dousunda) is directing the television anime at Brain's Base. Aya Yoshinaga (Witch Hunter Robin) is in charge of the series composition. Mina Oosawa (Given) is designing the characters, and yuma yamaguchi (Undead Girl Murder Farce) is composing the music.

The anime adapts Fuminori Teshima's romance fantasy light novel, which began under Hobby Japan's HJ Bunko imprint in February 2017, featuring illustrations by COMTA (Isekai Mahou wa Okureteru!). Hobby Japan shipped the 17th volume in August 2023. The series has a cumulative 1.8 million copies of its volumes in circulation.

Hako Itagaki began a manga adaptation in Comic Fire magazine in February 2018. Hobby Japan shipped the 11th volume in December 2023.

J-Novel Club licensed both the novel and manga in English in June 2018 and December 2018, respectively. The 16th novel volume was released in July 2023, and the ninth manga volume went on sale in May 2023.
