Even though Shounen Zanzou (or Boy Next door) is a Shounen-Ai , but they both share the psychological side, where a character is trying to find themselves, Stigma is the sweet type, and this manga is the bitter side. Both mangas will keep you thinking.

They Both Include Yaoi. Also They Both Include Killing Nd Heart Break. They Show How People Have Dark Sides. If You Love "Boys Next Door" Then You Will Also Love "Blood"

Heavy atmosphere, beautiful art, deep story & characters, men's love and emotionally hard to digest. Those are the points they share. The content is not similar at all but the feeling of the psychological genre keeps you remembering both of them.

Dysfunctional relationships, broken hearts, abuse, drugs and death - these are what bind both these manga together.

They're related not in art or plot, but the way they make you feel about the diferences of two people and how they can bring them together. They also put me trog the same fellings as i was reading them.

It is also a short series about people who are psychologically messed up.

Both Boys Next Door and Banana Fish center around BL-esque themes and the darker side of human nature, seen through the eyes of Japan's youth.

Set in the 80s-90s US, both mangas deal with crime and mistery. The old Kaori Yuki's drawing style is also very simliar to Fake.

Togari is a rather dark manga. That might be about the only thing similar between the two. Although they are both very well done!
