both are medical mangas. the story line is very different in each but the give a similar feel and are packed with medical terms making it more realistic.

Both of these manga are about two extremely talented doctors who have somewhat similar personalities, and both of the main characters acts in a way that is thought to be weird by other doctors. Also both of the main characters are thought to be able to change the way of the Japanese medical system. The main difference of the two manga is that Team Medical Dragon is more mature and explores the corrupt side of the Japanese medical system, while Saijou no Meii is more light hearted.

Dr. Duo and Saijou no Meii takes place in a setting with medical themes. Both series' main male protagonist has expertise in the field of medical work as we see their skills. As such, expect the story revolve around dealing with patients in the workplace. There is a great deal of characterization present in both series as we learn about the main characters. And furthermore, we see how dedicated they are with their work to save lives. Dr. Duo has a more shounen style with its storytelling while Saijou no Meii portrays more realism. Recommended for fans of medical fiction.

both of these manga are medical manga. Saijou no Meii has a bit more serious feel in it's story and wild life is more comical, also Saijou no Meii patients are humans and Wild Life are animals.

Saijou no Meii and Super Doctor K explores the medical field with a surprising amount of realism. Both series adapts a story with a skilled main protagonist. They show their skills by performing skilled operations to save patients' lives. Additionally, there's a good amount of focus on their personal characterization. Both series' story format follows more of an episodic structure although there are similar themes explored on a whole. There is also a decent amount of mechanics that are explained related to the medical field.

Just replace everything in Yakitate Japan with doctors. The main character is a genius kid who makes it to the big leagues in the world of medicine (kind of an idiot when it comes to common sense like Azuma). Also the artists are the same for both series'.
