Synopsis

Six years ago, Tsukihiko was caught in an assassination attempt on a little girl, Sami, when he attempted to be her shield. This incident nearly killed him and the girl together, but the little girl was the daughter of an extremely powerful family. With its vast amount of resources, the family was able to keep both Tsukihiko and Sami alive by recreating both of their bodies with cyborg technology. This has forced Sami to permanently rely on wired connection to her life sustaining computer. On the other hand, Tsukihiko has become a cyborg "Knight," sworn to protect Sami from harms way.

tl;dr: A manga that has an interesting world and interesting main duo, but that ended too quickly. 

This manga seems like a good start, but didn’t manage to get anywhere. It has an interesting main character and heroine, in that they pretty much had a strong relationship from the first chapter, and with Tsukihiko being oblivious and Sami being adorable it was quite amusing. It doesn’t really have enough time to do much with it though. The side characters like Tsukihiko’s sister or the transfer students from Ryoujin seemed like they could be interesting too if it focused on them more, but it never got a chance to. I liked this manga, it was short and enjoyable. Characters are simple and fun, MC is the genki/baka/chill guy, female lead is cute and reasonable. Story was rushed of course, all the details about everything are left to reader's imagination.
It feels like author had some thoughts about how he would continue to expand plot of this manga, but some circumstance(publisher, probably) left him with no choice but to wrap up his story short.
It would be interesting to see his other works.

Read if you care more about characters and fun more than complex story and details.
Art is simple and cute, sometimes in battle scenes shows ...

The premise of the manga is good, probably even interesting, which could've lead to some interesting reactions between the charatcters, but the bland execution of the plot kind of spoils the few good bits.

The story is very simple, and short, and if you've seen some shounen manga before, then you certainly won't be surprised. The author had tried to do some world building, but considering the lenght of the manga, it's did not bear any fruit, but that could've been because of production issues.
