Both share the same type of story - a girl being brought in by a group of guys due to family complications - and the life that ensues from that turn of events. In the case of Me & My Brothers, the protagonist is taken in by her step-brothers (that she only knew as a very young toddler) who all have their own quirks, while in Fruits Basket there is a deeper background to the family (and they are unrelated to her) she gets taken in by. Both have the same feel, the main female in both is practically the same person personality wise, and  read more

Reverse harems, anyone? Me and My Brothers is a bit less romance centric, in that the girl is their step sister, but it is var var cute and pokes fun at all the male sterotypes like Ouran tends to. It has chara like Tamaki, Mori, Kyouya, and one similar to Hikaru. If you enjoyed Ouran, please give Me and My Brothers a try!

Involves unraveling the truths about the main character's family relations. there's romantic comedy and revolves around the main protagonists' family.

Both cute. Both funny. Both all-around amazing. These mangas both have a main male lead with a real bad case of a "sister complex", (those of you who don't like incest--worry not, in both these mangas the girl and boy aren't related!) and they're both jam-packed with comedy and and romance. They also have the whole "age gap" factor in common, too.

Girl lives with stepbrothers, each that love her very much. Harem, etc. Both have very similar cutesy themes.

Sakura is the same size as uru. They are both tiny and they don't look like they are in high school. Uru and Sakura both have crushes on guys who are older then they are. Their crushes are in denial that they have any feelings toward them, but they are actually in love with the main character. Both of these mangas are top funny. I guarantee that if you love this manga you'll also love shiawase kissa sanchoume. (a.k.a. Happy cafe)

They both are about famalies, and how they solve their problems. They also have a favorite sibling that they all love and dear.

Both story revolves around a girl with no siblings who have the feeling of loneliness to all of suddenly having multiple brothers and falling in love while creating a sense of family. Onii-chan to Issho is more innocent and sweet than Ubukawa – Hajimete no Kare. But both are still really good ^^

Both mangas feature an orphaned girl who suddenly finds herself being doted on by older men, brothers in Onii-chan to Issho and butlers in Himegimi no Tsukurikata. In both cases, the stories are cute and the characters total eye candy ;)
