Manga: Wild Adapter
The relationships in both mangas have a similar feel to them; both play on one person being an animal the other picked up. They're both really beautiful mangas.

Manga: Koi no Mannaka
Both DS and KnM have the same bittersweet atmosphere and are dealing with the feeling of loneliness in terms of relationships with other people.The artstyle of both manga is really unique. If you are looking for a deeper, realistic plot and not the stereotypical fluffy yaoi relationship kind of stuff, both manga are a must read!

Manga: Renai no Kamisama ni Ie
Although DS is a yaoi and Renai is more shounen-ai, they both have the main characters being in high school. DS has a sports theme to it while Renai is action. But both stories have these very carefree relationships with the main character's that just go really smoothly. There's very little to none of the hesitation and the normal personalities of a strong, sexual seme and weak, childlike/clingy uke are not found in either manga. If you enjoy reading shounen-ai or yaois a lot, then I definitely recommend reading these two mangas because they break the usual pace the genres have and give you nice  read more

Height difference~ not so lovely and cute, but still pretty good storyline... Also nice comedy~

Manga: Kimi no Kao ni Sasu Kage
Kimi no kao ni sasu kage is some what like dog style because the main character starts of liking his best friend but has a physical relationship with a mutual friend to release sexual frustration because the best friend does not return their feelings.. these mangas end differently but they are both a great read.

Manga: Let Dai
Although Let Dai's genre is shounen ai (no sex shown) and Dog Style is yaoi (sex is shown quite explicitly), both are about gay highschool delinquents, and both deal with loneliness and finding a soul mate. Both are bittersweet. Both show rape at some point, though In Let Dai a whole plot line is drawn out of it and it ends much more tragically. In the end, both mangas have a somewhat similar feeling about them. Both are good reads and pleasent to the eye.
