If you like Pink Lady I would recommend Love At First Sight (Hannune Banhada!) both season 1 and season 2. Season 2 is longer, however, you really need the background setup in season 1 the prequel first. Basically Season1 and Season 2 are the same manhwa but split into two titles. Pink Lady and Pink Lady Classic and Love at First Sight have fated lovers who meet as childhood friends and for some strange reason both partners try to fight acknowledging that they love each other and so hurt feelings ensue and some drama. These full color manhwas are josei set in a university setting with female lead characters that seem rather disconnected from those around them, their reasons for that are different and the themes are different but I think that if you liked the one you would like the other. Both have a psychological element of how the girls look at the world, only My Shiny World is darker and more psychological and Pink Lady is more colorful and based on art.

They are both weebtoons with great art and somehow a similar vibe. They are both about people in university and they both deal with real life issues as attending university and choosing your path. So far Pink Lady is more romantic and less comedy-like, however they are both very enjoyable reads with realistic characters and plots.

Both have a similar art.

The art is somewhat similar : few drawings, even though Pink Lady is colorful. It helps creating a mysterious atmopshere.

Both are slice of life about art students and their life, though Pink Lady has way more romance and drama while Hidamari Sketch is a bit more light-hearted and relaxed.

Though Pink Lady deals with lives of art students and Hiyokoi deals with school life, they both include romance between a really tall guy and short girl.

both stories involve art influenced characters. both have a charcter who finds their first love. 24 Colors ~Hatsukoi no Palette~ is more about a love polygon while Pink Lady is about a girl who gets tormented by this guy who keeps telling her that she is bad at drawing

Both manga are about art, but when Pink Lady is all about painting, Mars explores other subjects. Both art are incredible, with the difference that Pink Lady is a web comic, and the drawing have more freedom than the classic manga published in paper.
