Toraware no Minoue is basically a romance between the main characters who have a master-servant relationship, however the servant has a curse that makes him have an extreme impulse to do whatever his master tells him to, so that complicates the relationship.

Story: I must admit that the master-servant relationship is seen quite often, so I can't say it's completely original, however it does have a good amount of comedy inside. Sometimes, there are also some serious romance and tragedy parts, but the mangaka has done it quite well, in my opinion, to not make it all too overwhelming.

Art: I like the mangaka's style ...

This is a rather silly (a fun kind of silly) master/servant romance story. It's not meant to be taken seriously, it's just a quick, fun and rather light hearted read.


Fourteen years ago, the wealthy Kogami family traveled to China when they vanished. Since the Kogamis were thought to be dead their mansion was left to their head butler and his son Megumi.

Megumi is enjoying the easy life when one day it is discouvered that the Kogamis daughter, Suzaka has survived and will be returning to Japan. Megumi is determined to not take up the position as a Kogami butler that was originally planned ...
