In each manga, the man and woman have a master-servant relationship, the woman being the master. The two fall in love fairly quickly and their relationship progresses. Just a note, but Chou yo Hana yo is a bit more mature.

Toraware no Minoue has the same type setting of a servant & master relationship in which they both fall in love with each other, but there are other obstacles separating their love. Both are also interesting and enjoyable.

"Toraware no Minoue" and "Kuroshitsuji" have a master servant relationship, and a "lost" heir as their main ties. Although they are two separate genres they have a lot of similarities, they're both enjoyable without directly comparing one another.
