Treasure hunting in a kind of frontier area.

If you like a good friendship like what Gyro and Johnny have you will love Killua and Gon in HxH. Both manga also have an amazing story, great characters and awesome battles.

Both series are awesome supernatural westerns. Blaster Knuckle is a revenge story similar to Berserk, while Steel Ball Run displays many bro moments as they battle various stand users. Steel Ball Run has more diversity in its story, but Blaster Knuckle offers a personal insight on racism.

Duo of protagonists travel the country to collect certain items. Both of these works feature interesting original concepts, and the fights have more dimension than just show of strenght and often the battles are way for the characters to grow.

Both are excellent stories involving a quest, two companions, memorable secondary characters necessary for the plot. an incredible design, a great villain and a beautiful ending. Two high required fight shonen.

The main hero goes on a great adventure for a grand prize. Both manga have distinct/strange art styles, lots of quirky characters, insanely creative powers, and plots involving shady government secrets.

Steel Ball Run and Mo Dao Zu Shi are actually really different, but both stories follow this similar main-plot: There is a mysterious corpse whose every piece is hidden in unknown places. Our two main characters must find these pieces to discover the identity of the corpse.

1) The two manga feature a race, one on horseback and the other by car 2) They present struggles while the race takes place 3) There is a bit of mystery among race runners and developers 4) Both have a cash reward 5) Characters develop their relationships as the race ends

Appetite is my favorite manga ever. If you like the journey in this, you are gonna love Steel Ball Run. Vise versa as well.

The main characters (Johnny Joestar and Joe Yabuki) journey to become better people and coming to value friends and other humans in general, though sports

Both have great protag with similarities of having really heavy character development. SBR and Vinland are 2 of the greatest pieces of fiction I've ever read.

They both started out as shonen and then became seinen. Both are westerns with fantasy elements and have a lot of gunfights. Both stories present many philosophical themes and they both have an excelent cast of characters. Also they both have really good comedy. If you enjoyed SBR I think you might enjoy Trigun a lot too. Although if it's the other way around, I would highly recommend reading or watching the previous parts of JoJo's.

Both series have incredibly well thought out battles of wit and characters have unique personalities with amazing development. I would say the closest manga to JoJo is the pokemon adventures manga.

Both manga have a similar setting, as they are both set in post-Civil War America. They have many tropes from the western genre, especially the duels between gunslingers. They both have great art and similar tone, although JoJo has supernatural elements, while Green Blood is more realistic.

An epic tale setted in the real world but in the past. The story is focused in the self-development of the MC. In both series divinity and supernatural elements are very important.

Both are shounen with Jesus Christ as MacGuffin.

I know....sounds crazy but hear me out. Both stories begin with main character that have depression caused by their bodies and they both need to undergo a certain changes to achieve a piece of mind. Both also need to become more confident and neither of them has anyone in their lives until a super duper tall cool guy that stands out from other people comes into their lives. At first both these cool dudes dont care about MCs. And then they do because MCs convince them. Cool dudes take on the roles of mentors and bond over something that they both care about. Read it

Seemingly unrelated manga, Both Steel Ball and Beastars have more in common than thought. Along with having colorful characters with multi faceted personalities, both address how to fit into society and how to address your sense self. The settings will be different, but nuanced plot and strongly motivated villains will keep you reading

in both they make suggestive poses and repeat words how in the two have an end
