After being hit by a truck and becoming an invincible, all-powerful monster in another world, our protagonist opens his eyes back on Earth. Completely changed, he feigns amnesia, as he no longer knows Earth well due to the decades in the other world - but apparently, shortly before his accident, he had promised his niece that she could live with him. Delighted that he can now live a normal life, he sets about becoming a good father figure....
It's hard to describe the charm of the manhwa "Appaga Neomu Gangham". Contrary to what the title might suggest, this is not about a helicopter father who would

do anything for his daughter and is totally obsessed with her - if you want to read something like that, I can rather recommend "The Beloved Little Princess". Unlike my description would suggest, this isn't about him hiding from the public either, although he is Overpowered.
Instead, we see a surprisingly well-done mix of different ideas and approaches, which usually individually shape such stories. Even though he tries not to stand out, he doesn't shy away from using his power. He's fond of his daughter, but tries to be a good father more than spying on her or anything.
You can tell the manhwa is carried by the protagonist. With his seemingly indifferent, yet actually very caring nature, he is always underestimated, which always creates the best scenes with OP protagonists. Due to his lively contact with all kinds of characters - first and foremost his daughter and "dogs" - the story is extremely varied. Above all, his passive nature ensures that you grow fond of him and also that not all the world immediately learns of his existence, which allows the op-protagonist concept to remain entertaining for a very long time.
Unfortunately, the large cast and the fact that several concepts are dealt with at the same time is counterproductive from a certain point on. This drags everything out immensely, when finally the actual "story" in the so far rather slice-of-life style manhwa was recognizable, it takes eons until something finally happens here. Also, many characters of the cast have unfortunately become more annoying than entertaining, especially because of course they all have to be attracted to our protagonist - even if each in their own way - which becomes even more annoying when you consider that the very protagonist has no interest in such a relationship and therefore doesn't get it when a lady wants something from him. This results every now and then in repetitive and annoying moments, where a character, which you haven't seen for 50 chapters, is suddenly jealous.
Conclusion: The Manhwa should get rolling.
