This mangaka is too meta for me. The story of this one-shot is about two things:
1. People overinterpreting intentions into works that were never intended by the creator
2. The creator failing to meet expectations with the next work because all the interpretations were bullshit to begin with
Basically, it's just a meh one-shot in which the protagonist passively watches the view count of a youtube video grow.
However, since my abilities to do mental gymnastics are just as large as the ones of the people in the story, I will do exactly what Fujimoto wants me to do and overinterpret the crap out of this 20 page

New Fujimoto oneshot is out, you know what that means.
It was fantastic. It really felt like something he'd write years ago before CSM. It was funny and nonsensical and just HIM. The pacing was as fast as his works usually are, but it didn't feel as though it was crammed. It flowed from start to finish and left off on a sweet note. A bit of an open ending like he tends to write, but not as vague as before. i will say that it could've used a few more pages. Maybe I'm just spoiled from Look Back and Goodbye, Eri, but it would've been ...

He knows how much people overanalyse his media and to pump out a small one-shot that reflects that was his intention. There will always over analyzation in our consumption of media. And there will always be people who will interpret Fujimoto’s stories as one of the greatest things ever and constantly overanalyse ever detail in his work. TL;DR: It's literally not even 20 pages long, you should read it regardless of anything!
Fujimoto's collection of Infinity Stones just got expanded with yet another one-shot hit. Props to Tooda too, who drew the one-shot. And the funny thing is... you might consider this whole review to be very ironic, if you disagree with me on what this one-shot wanted to tell us. The art of overanalyzing, and seeing things that aren't there. You've definitely seen it at some point in your life. Overall not as good as Fujimoto's previous One-Shots but still pretty good. Very meta if you interpret this work as a way of him showing his experience with CSM's success and how people interpret too much into it. But then again I might just be interpreting too much into this one already ironically.
Quick and short read. A little bit funny but feels grounded and real. Recommend checking this one out if you have 5 minutes to spare. At this point Fujimoto can't do anything wrong judging from how he decided to make this one-shot to basically troll his readers but we'll see what happens ...

very short chapter length one shot but it’s cool it exists, & i like the purpose of it. it’s cool that it dropped after goodbye eri which seems to be fujimotos most over analyzed piece due to the unorthodox structure & reality blurring nature of it, & this lil one shot has a great critical depiction of the fan culture that can read into aspects of art too deeply & project their own ideas onto an artists work that may have never been created with the intent to be so deeply combed or even defined at all. overall nothing too crazy but def a cool

I really felt the need to talk about this manga and how great it is!!! I don't understand his low grade in MAL, unfortunately!!!
It was the first manga I read by the author, although I had already seen the Chainsawman anime and I thought it was simply AMAZING!!! If you want a quick, fun and very well written one shot story, this is the right work!!! The characters are fun, the environment is totally immersive, despite being short, the author writes so well that you get involved with the plot and feel sorry for the main character. If you've spent any time on the internet at all, you've probably brushed shoulders with the "blue curtains" meme, a notorious anti-intellectual punchline which attempts to dissuade against any sort of interpretation or analysis of art whatsoever. Obnoxious as it may be, it's a sentiment that's usually shared by people outside of art or academic spheres, so it's not entirely surprising if someone who doesn't read that often or finds art galleries pointless shares such a sentiment.
