I'd give this a 9/10 because i really love crazy stuff like this, it's very graphic and violent.

It talks about this police officer who makes criminals have a taste of their own bread, since the law didn't do anything about their crimes.

I love to see bad guys get what they deserve, however there's no plot and since we're only at the beginning i wish it won't be about only about him killing and torturing criminals, but the police finding out there are missing people and etc, we'll see.

Bugs me this manga is so underrated, hope it gets more popular in the future, it's ... amazing an the art is also very pretty

No issues with the art, I honestly really enjoyed it.

Character: 9/10
I love the main character, he reminds me heavily of light yagami in a sense. His way of going about his "moral code" or something of the other was extremely interesting.

Story: 10/10
Honestly, I was conflicted when I came to the end of this manga. I didn't know what was right and what was wrong, I was left wondering if my perception of the characters was even right, what morals really are and just how vile can humans be. It left me reeling and rethinking things in all the right ways. The plot/story, for ... a TLDR, was incredible but very morally grey.

Very very good manga, I really enjoyed it. Although at points, I didn't know right from wrong, and was utterly left confused, I think at the end of the day, this manga is incredible. if not for the character portrayal, then the moral greyness and ambiguity. (WARNING FOR MANGA CONTENT// The manga does contain graphic imagery of r*pe so please be aware and look out for triggering content!!)

I'm biased towards aesthetically pleasing art styles and hot ikemen. The art is probably the only salvation of this manga and heightens the experience considerably. If the art was not so good, I would probably rate it a 3, because the rhyme and reason of the plot feels like it was written by a middle schooler. There is too much exposition and deus ex machina as with a lot of animanga nowadays (supposedly forgivable however, given the episodic nature); the villains are extremely one-dimensional to the point of their cruelty being unrealistic; the build-up to graphic, cathartic scenes do not live up to anticipation. Therefore, ... it often feels as if the villains are let off far too easily.

But because Chief Dan is an ikemen who appeals to the female gaze, I will rate this a 6.
