sakura hime kaden and shinshi doumei cross are very different but very alike at the same time. while sakura is a princess to be married at 14 haine is a a girl who was given instead of a 50 million yen debt. both are entertaing and twisting. since shishi doumei cross is the first one out, if you liked it you would definetly like sakura hime kaden. i promise.

In Angel Diary/Destination Heaven Chronicles, the princess of heaven, Doung Young was engaged to the king of hell, Bi-Wal by force and she was young. In Sakura-Hime Kaden, the princess of moon was engaged to the prince by force and when she was young also. Besides, there were some people protects the princesses like 4 guardians and the princess maid... (If u don't understand in this recommedations, tell me)

Different sort of shoujo romances that involve a fairy tale type fantasy setting with strong elements of magic and the supernatural.

Initially i decided to read sakura-hime kaden because i was really into the bride of the water god and it wasn't completed so i was craving for more. I found that both plots were very unique and involves gods, celestial beings, etc. It was also historical so that made the sceneries even more breathtaking! Well both are must reads!

Both from Arina Tanemura, great art and story with very twists

Both are mahou shoujo series, even if on a totally different level (Sailor Moon > all). Just like Usagi, Sakura is a young girl who comes from the moon. Tenemura-sensei clearly "took inspiration" from Takeuchi-sensei, as Sakura says Usagi's most famous quote, "In the name of the Moon, I'll punish you", more than once. >_>

Both series have a historical-magic-demons-action-romance mix. Sakura, just like Inuyasha, is a white-haired non-human who fights against demons and owns a sword that can be used only by her. Inuyasha is a shounen, while Sakura-Hime Kaden is a shoujo.

Both take place in the Heian era, and have slightly fantastical plots.
