I found this manga because someone on here had the volume cover as their profile picture, and it sort of captured my attention. Come to find out that this manga (at the time) had just barely over 100 members, I decided it was worth a shot and read all 4 chapters.

Haru to Bonkura is, in my opinion, a true hidden gem. In just 4 completely disconnected chapters, it provides so much to think about and analyze, creates amazing dynamics between characters, and is just plain enjoyable. I loved this manga enough to buy the Japanese release, and I don't even know Japanese.

This manga is an absolute hidden gem. Not to copy the other review, but I've already ordered the Japanese version of the manga (even if I can't read it).

The stories all follow weird girls and awkward guys, but not every story is necessarily romantic. They don't lean too hard toward "manic pixie dream girl" either -- the women in the stories feel more like mentors and friends and independent beings than tropes. Their quirky personalities feel like something they are, rather than something they present. The men are distinct but their stories do center around the women or developments spurred by the women of the ...
