Manga: Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken
Both main character are reincarnated into a fantasy world and given the ability to absorb other abilities by defeating monsters and quickly become very powerful in their own right. Upon raising there own skills to a above average point they take it upon themselves to help the respective demi-humans of their new world.

Manga: Virus Tensei kara Hajimaru Isekai Kansen Monogatari
Both MCs reincarnate into a non-human being that can take powers out of other beings in the world they reincarnate into, either as a virus (Virus Tensei) or as a special sword (Tensei shitara Ken deshita). *Good interactions with one person close to them, well-written comedy.

Manga: Boushoku no Berserk: Ore dake Level to Iu Gainen wo Toppa suru the Comic
-Both protagonist has a talking sword as their main companion. -Both manga has game elements which the protagonists fight strong enemies to level up and gain new skills. -Both manga has good world building building and characters. Tensei shitara ken deshita is an isekai while the other is regular fantasy. Boushoku no berserk has an edgier tone while the other is more light-hearted.

Manga: Fushichou e no Tensei: Dragon Taoseru tte Futsuu no Tori ja Nai yo ne?
Both have the similar start of the main character being reincarnated into something not human. In tensei shitara ken deshita the mc is reincarnated as a magical sword, where in Reborn as a Phoenix the mc is reincarnated as a bird. I cant really give much more as they have so far only released 5 chapters of Reborn as a Phoenix but both are great reads

Intead of becoming a monster he becomes a ancient sword, other then that it has most similarities.

Manga: Wanwan Monogatari: Kanemochi no Inu ni Shite to wa Itta ga, Fenrir ni Shiro to wa Ittenee!
Both manga are about people who reincarnate into things other than humans. Although, "Wanwan Monogatari: Kanemochi no Inu ni Shite to wa Itta ga, Fenrir ni Shiro to wa Itte Nee!?" has the MC reincarnate into a dog, while "Tensei shitara Ken deshita" has the MC reincarnate into a sword. Overall, the two manga are pretty similar, so if you enjoy one you'll probably enjoy the other.
