Synopsis

Raizo Fuwa is a 25-year-old salaryman living in a cramped home and working in a crowded office in Tokyo. His hopes for improved conditions are dashed when the new office building his company is supposed to move into is condemned as unsafe because the construction company has been cutting corners. Since the old building is already being demolished, they have no choice but to "temporarily" move the office into Fuwa's new flat. The final complication arrives in the form of the new employee Izumi Hiyama, a high school dropout the boss has promised to take care of as a favor to her family. No landlords are willing to rent to a 15-year-old girl, so she too has to move into Fuwa's home/office.

I loved the comedy. I loved the romance. Fuwa and Izumi were great characters. The office workers were great characters. I loved all the characters except Tokiko & her husband. They are the very definition of a dysfunctional marriage. They are what ruins it from being perfect. He's a complete scumbag who neglects & hits her and she's an idiot for going back to him time and time again because she does this soooo many times. Most of the time it came off as a joke that she would leave her husband, but honestly that just made it worse. I started to drift when it ...

"Living Game" is an enjoyable romance drama based in the early 1990's that combines an age gap couple, issues with maturity and growing up as well as the individuals search for purpose in life. As the title might suggest, the plot itself centers around the various living conditions of the main couple - their first meeting and initial living situation being caused by seemingly two random acts of real-estate terrorism. As the story progresses the changes in living situations start to portray the characters quest to find a place for themselves, or more succinctly, a place where they belong.

On the whole the plot and ...

Preliminary (40/119 eps)
(Spoilers included).
Okay, seeing all the good reviews, you'd think this would be a good and nice 90's romance manga, right? Wrong.

In fact, this is probably the worst romance manga I've read.

The side characters (3):- Extremely bland, three of them have next to no presence (Nanba-the sunglasses lady, the boss, and the older office worker guy).
There is literally only one likeable side character in this manga, and it's the stubborn old man who doesn't meant to move out of his house.

Art (6):- Generic 90's manga artstyle, nothing to hate nor love here.

Main character (3):- Absolutely detestable piece of shit.Has no quirks or things going for him except hiding the lust for a 16 year old,and ...
