I like how Ueda said that Straightforwardness is not a virtue for an head of a school.
He has a point.

Matahachi deceiving everyone and trying to get power is funny.

Kojiro watching the snowman of Musashi was the most hilarious thing in this volume btw.

I'm looking forward to see the imminent fight. I just wonder between whom.

Awesome chapter!
Nice seeing Musashi all relaxed and mocking the guy who thought he should be all serious xD
Matahachi....no words...
Denshichiro really wants to fight Musashi whatever it takes!! Even if he needs to banish Ueada whom he sees as a brother!
Kojiro went back to the residence where he stayed at the beginning! Musashi and Kojiro must meet now its inevitable!!
Great overall Volume and good ending point!
Who will Musashi now fight? Nobody really knows lol
Let's see how this plays out!

As much as I wanna say Ueda's plan is for the best, he is stepping on the toes of Denshichiro who is the family head of the dojo. He can be an advisor sure, but him meddling in these side affairs to try and protect Denshichiro from the start without him knowing is a sign of disrespect and does not show loyalty to the dojo's name. I do know they will lose their family head, but sometimes a rebuild can make the members stronger.

Unfortunately, since the start of this arc of chapter 180 we know who wins and thats what truly makes this tragic.
