I see various theories, one people says that only one world line and divergence can exist at the same time, and others that all world lines and all divergences exist at the same time... What do you think? There it's any official source of this that can be the answer?

An infinite amount of world lines exist. However there exist a certain amount of observable worlds which depend on the Reading Steiner and time travel. From the perspective of a passersby, there is only one world line, but to a Time Traveler, there are many worlds as you can observe. But, on each of those world's there will exist a different version of the regular passersby. The Time Traveler will remain fixed so you can distinguish between the world lines.

That link explains how an event can cause worlds with similar causes to move toward a similar effect, know as Convergence. So essentially, you can travel on one world at a time, but there are many worlds, which can converge if there are similar effects. They diverge if the events are dissimilar so that they are a certain "percentage" different than the original world. At least that's my understanding; I've also played the visual novel.

Only one world exists. There are NO alternate worlds. The word "world line" is a bit misleading, as it's only a fancy way by the writers to make us understand how causality works. Different world lines are basically just different possibilities in this one world we have.

An infinite ammount exist, but theorically (THEORICALLY, but the time-travelling stories make this quite complicated) there are absolutely no links between them. That's also how it works in quantum pshysics.
So it all depends of your perspective. from a meta-PoV, there are many of them. From the PoV of a normal person on one TL, there is only one.
Basically, it depends of your source. And since it's impossible to have a perfect, objective PoV, this implies that. Theorically and in a psysics-PoV, there are many of them, otherwise time travel wouldn't work; time travel need the world lines to exist in order to be possible. It doesn't "create" one as much as travel on one (kind of like in higurashi).
However, in human practice, there is only one. Okabe's speech can be quite a bit misleading about this.
