Well this show is based of a 12part novel so if they do a second season, it wouldn't be a epilogue unless they completely change from the original since there is zero chance we seen the whole story is just 24eps.

Well.. i guess the director fault because showing too much development between Nanami and Sorata, until making Nanami a loveable character in the anime. The only thing i see "mostly" between Sorata and Shiina is the feeling of superiority. In Romance, only a few.

KamiNomi still has seasons because the manga is really popular. Sakuraso's source material aren't popular enough to warrant a second season.

Saw someone posting the petition on Youtube on some other shows OST, signed. I would enjoy a second season, though it wasn't the greatest show of all time I still loved the show tons. Dunno why people hate it so much, though it can be a little frustrating now and then.

Heh, can't believe the petition's still up, it's been like half a year now. Even if you manage to get it filled, I'm fairly certain it's up to the producers to decide whether or not they'll release a second season, and with the awfully wide audience that they have... Well, all you can really do is hope.

An OVA would be lovely, though.

Wow... so you actually made a petition to make a second season. I don't think the company would want to do that with where the support is coming from. I highly doubt that many of the people here actually buys the anime, so you would only end up wasting more of their money. If they make a second season, it would be based off of the purchases from the previous season, not a group of people who just want to watch it.

Please, Please, Please, I haven't finished it yet, but I want everyone who sees this to think this and to share this, as some sort of petition to the makers. Please. Don't let this be a one season anime. Why should poorly drawn and themed anime have so many chapters and be so famous while anime as greatly as this have only one season. Please. Don't let it be that way. I know they say good things must end. But they are wrong. Besides, if Good things should last forever, especially if they are ways into stories & worlds as beautiful as these. Please. Share this. Think this. Do anything possible for the makers to see this.

I love people who call anime they don't like shit while others would just say their anime is shit in return. For example, I see people people like the bakemonogatari series which I personally didn't enjoy and there it is getting all novels animated but I am not going to bitch about it.

I think people who belittle others depending on their tastes are just shallow. The reason why there is so many types of anime is because people have different tastes.

The 2nd Season of Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo will defend on Light Novel, I know that Kanda Sorata and Shiina Mashiro Couple is too short, you're not the only one ask more about their lover story just be satisfied what you watch and blame it all to the cat.

Okay i have read the LN (RAW) and seem like thing pretty messed up. Aoyama suprisingly "dissapear", Shinna and Sorata have sex, and then they break up and a 4-year-timeskip. WTF @@

I was watching this anime, and It's unbelievable made me like crazy to re-watch it. Hahaha... :P

Actually I don't think that petition will be effective. But regard a fact that there are some problems that still unsure in ending (especially how is final relationship of love between Mashiro - Sorata - Aoyama), there are still a possibility to advance this anime to the next season....

I heard that problem was answered in Chapter 10 novel series. But since I can't access that material, maybe it's can be a inspiration in making second season of Sakurasou become a real thing.

So, in my opinion there is somewhat difficult but not impossible. And I can wait for watch it! :)
