E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial for the 2600. That little space monkey just kept falling down the pits no matter what you did. So bad it almost destroyed the industry. Being landfilled and covered with concrete was too good for it.
It appeared that Real-Time Conflict: Shogun Empires only wasted 5 minutes of my life, luckily. The game cannot be categorized as DS but was more like NES.. The graphics were horrid and the background music was just as horrible. The protagonist and antagonist were generic characters with slightly altered palettes. What a waste of time!
Hard to say really. I do remember these well:
Sonic Labyrinth (slow, boring gameplay. I rather play Big's fishing segments in Adventure than this crap).
Orphen Scion of Sorcery (wow what is with this game? Not fun at all for me)
Bubsy 3D (wtf)
Evergrace (zzz)
Eternal Eyes (10$, still horrible rpg. I did have fun with some battles but otherwise everything was below satisfactory)
Simpsons road rage wasn't bad but felt like a poor man's Crazy Taxi. Hit and Run however made me hate missions in video games.
Ballz 3D (16-Bit era fighter, with character made out of balls, enough said)
WWF In Your House (Garbage!)
Double Dragon III (Damn Shame)
Slilent Dragon, Burning Fight (Weak FF ripoffs)
Extreme Paintbrawl - you can tell from the name alone that it sucks hard, but it was a present from a friend so I had to at least try it. It was a paintball game based on the old Duke Nukem 3D engine, where your teammates would just run into walls and stay there and any time the enemy shot in your general direction you'd be hit. It's on wikipedia's list of worst games ever, up there with that Big Rig Racing game and Shaq Fu
Siren
The Simpsons Road Rage
Some Samurai game my brother had

Is that the one game with the floating heads that say "HAVE A NICE DAY!"?

Heh~ Most of the Yu-Gi-Oh video games are pretty horrendous. XD
(I'm actually playing Spirit Caller right now, and really enjoying it - despite the fact that it has disgusting PS1-like graphics, annoying repetitive music, and the worst gameplay I've seen since I played FFXII: Revenant Wings. It's illogical, I tell you. Something this shitty shouldn't be so much fun.)
Anyway, I dunno... there's a bit of a difference between "least favorite" and "worst". While the aforementioned Revenant Wings is definitely my least favorite game ever (the story was interesting enough, but the gameplay was just... yuck), I'm not really sure what the all-round worst would be. Umm~ Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly was pretty repulsive (not to mention glitchy). =/

Forbidden Memories? I failed at that hard ;__;.
I could beat Teana......and that was about it. YGO games should stop being repetitive and have an actuall storyline like Reshef of Destruction minus the deck capacity.
oh man this game was pretty bad, not terrible unplayable but it just wasnt that fun for me.
the story was incoherent and the characters seemed dull from the beginning.
the voice-acting was terrible and sounded muffled always and the graphics are freakin horrendous. well considering GT3 was a launch title or somewhere near that, the standard of graphics this game has is just ... . im pretty sure i've seen better graphics on the ps1.
and the controls are crap, it takes like 10 seconds to do a 180 turn, hard to dodge and jumping just makes you go up and everything moves so slow. either way this game is utter crap T.T
Yu-Gi-Oh! Reshef of Destruction for GBA. I hate the deck capicity almost as much as you need to level up to certain levels to have a paticular card. Bought it in 2005, still is not completed.
Up until recently it would have been Hamtaro: Ham Ham Heartbreak
Also, I suggest people to look "Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing" up on YouTube. It's so horrible, lol. Also, the patch they released that should fix a certain map, does nothing else but replace the map with one that is already in the game, lol.

Wiki's description is quite accurate.
Wikipedia said:
Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing is a racing game released for PC by Stellar Stone LLC in 2003. Due to its severe lack of functionality on release, the title has received universally negative reviews, with many critics referring to it as the worst video game of all time.
The box of Big Rigs states that the player may "race trucks across the country, with cops chasing [them]." GameSpot's Alex Navarro wrote that this description of the game is nothing more than "horrible, horrible lies"[1], since there are no police in the game. Additionally, they pointed out, the computer-controlled opponent vehicles have no AI and never move from the starting position, making even the description of the gameplay as a "race" questionable.
There are technically no obstacles for the player to negotiate in Big Rigs, as the truck may freely be driven on and off roads without any loss of traction, up or down 90° slopes with no loss or gain of speed, through structures such as buildings and trees, simply falling right through bridges, and even out of the boundaries of the map into an endless grey void. When the player's vehicle is put into reverse, its speed will increase infinitely, but the truck will halt instantly when the reverse key is released.
Though there appear to be five courses from which to choose, only four of them actually work. The fourth map, titled "Nightride", does not function, and selecting it simply quits the game.[1]
Upon completion of the race, the player is presented with digital representation of a large three-handled trophy and the text "YOU'RE WINNER !" [sic] The game occasionally fails to distinguish between whether the player is starting or finishing the race when they pass through the starting point, and so this congratulatory screen may appear within seconds of starting a game, ending the race before it even begins.
Stellar Stone released a patch that addresses several complaints about the game. With the patch, the opponent does participate in the race, but stops before it reaches the finish line. Nightride, the non-functional track, was replaced with an exact mirror image of the first track, Devil Passage 1. Some versions of the patch replaced the "YOU'RE WINNER !" text with "YOU WIN!". Sound effects were also added, and later copies shipped with the patch by default. However, no effort was made to alter the physics of the game, and other common complaints are still present.
About Spiderman: Web of Shadows - I found out that the game is terrible. I mean, the graphic and all the other stuff were fine, but the gameplay was hideous! I waited for this game for a long time and my Expectations were high, but when I started playing.. well, I found out that it's just another game of "Walk the street and kill a random monster" or whatever that was...
Omfg. I totally forgot about that game. I somehow enjoyed that shit. It was mindless entertainment for me and I reveled in it.
Worst game ever though, huh? Hrrrrm. Wow kind of surprised that this is a toughie. I'm trying to remember some earlier titles that were just plain god awful but they all escape me.
Wait. No. I got it:
Mister Mosquito. Just......wtfffff was that, seriously?
Everyone's hating on Road Rage. XD Do you guys like Crazy Taxi though?

Aw I like that one. :o I was disappointed the sequel was Japan only.
I guess I'm forgiving for quirky Japanese games. I even enjoyed Stretch Panic in spite of its huge flaws.

Actually? Crazy Taxi was like crack to me the first time getting my hands on it for the Dreamcast. I played the second one, liked it, but didn't so much care for High Roller. At all.
As for Mister Mosquito though...I just couldn't stop laughing. It was so odd and, just, odd. I cherish it for the lulz.

Yeah the stage in High Roller was good until you hit the outskirts. I'm glad the other two towns are included. Otherwise I loved all of them.
