DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- This episode was pretty good overall, but the end outshines everything else. The first appearance of the Groke is arguably the most memorable scene in Moomins. And even when I was a little frightened the first time I saw it, now I love it. |

| You know, I forgot children's literature and fairy tales didn't used to be just sunshine, rainbows and Teletubbies tier vapidness. They used to have a lot of horror and even gore, because real life is not a utopia. They served to warn children and be aware of the real dangers that exist around them. But then Disney came along and ruined everything by turning them into safe and PC to "think of the children". |
