| Shogun is back, for the best or the worse x) The plot is pretty vague right now, but we got is that the most influential prostitute of Yoshiwara, a mysterious assassin within the shogun temple and the Mimawarigumi is the one assuring the security, which we already saw that he is related to Takasugi. This seem like an operation to overthrow the shogunate. But at the same time, the timing with Suzuran on her death bed is odd. We'll see, because whatever happen, Gintama stay Gintama, and we'll always have Gintoki accidently almost killing the shogun or a an old perverted servant who wish to be walked on with high heels :P |

| Wow, another arc? I was told that this season was mainly arcs, but I thought that thy would've had one episode as a break. Either way looks like it's gonna be a serious arc. |

| The mirrors where I usually stream anime had crappy ones for Gintama and kissanime was down so I had no choice but to set it aside. But now I'm back! When did Kagura become close with the shogun's sister? Damn I don't even remember the shogun has a sister. I keep forgetting stuff because of this long breaks. Pretty hilarious episode though. Especially grandma's scenes lmao!. Damn I missed this. |

| Damn tbh for me this is the one of the best if not the best OP I've heard so far from all Gintama OP's. It's so good <3 This episode was 10/5 points. At some points I was tearing up from laughing. "Look at her breakdance" :D We also saw 2 well known characters from the previous season. Nobume and Sasaki. I wonder which role they will play in this arc besides being the bodyguards of the shogun and his little sister. Also didn't expect Kagura being friends with Soyo. That scene at the end, I can't even desribe how funny that was for me. Poor Shogun xD |

| Opening song is really amazing 6/5. Also great start for this arc, I like the premise and also the direction this is taking very much. The comedy was gold too,especially the first segment with Gin and Suzuran,that shit was way too funny. Seems like no arc starting in Yoshiwara can suck,super hyped to see how this continues. |

| Like the new OP. ED is a bit of a miss for me. It isn't very visually appealing and I don't love the song, but it may grow on me. We follow the Kintama arc with another arc? Praise the Gorilla! We get the Courtesan of the Nation arc this time around, and considering I've loved every serious arc we've gotten this far, I'm pretty fucking hyped. It also has this awesome OST although that MAY be a spoiler for a future episode (definitely don't go reading the comments). This episode was pretty good too. I loved the last minute appearance of the Shogun, and Nobume is a pretty funny character. I'm pretty excited to see how she interacts with the rest of the Yorozuya. I'm glad the Mimawarigumi are actually going to have an impact on Gintama's universe, because usually the antagonist of these arcs up and disappear after the arc concludes. |
