| Since many members ae asking form what chapter/volume to read and noone has been kind enough to answer or simply dont know: Anime covers until Vol. 18 so you need to read from 19+ Actually read the last pages of Vol. 18 too. The anime did not made up much with the cliffhanger, everything happened as such in the manga too, a tiny bit longer only, even Seven telling Kakeru she will be waiting for her, thou it did not happen in the beach in the manga. There, hope it helps you, those that liked/loved the anime and are so disappointed that it ended in a cliffhanger, so disappointed, wanted to see the epic championship final between Enoshima and the shcool with Leonardo Silave, which btw this final has just ENDED with the lastest chapter 288!!
