The translation of the title

"馳せる Haseru" does have a meaning of "ride (on horse)" but here it means "think (of something far away)".
Eg.
He thought(Haseta) of the child he had left at home.

"Souken ni Haseru Yume" is translated into like "The dream he sought with (or from) the two swords".
I'm not an expert of English, so someone please come up with a better translation.

Frankly, I didn't pay attention to the original title, but riding with two swords is awesome if you think about it. I mean, a samurai on a horse with two swords, riding around, and stuff. Awesome.

In the ANN article it was translated as Musashi Miyamoto: The Dream of Riding with Two Swords so that's where it came from. Maybe they made a mistake in the translation?

Yes, 馳せる haseru has three meanings;
1. ride a horse or carriage and make haste.
2. think of something far away
3. spread one's name or make one's name known all over the world

Here it means Miyamoto Musashi was desperately after his ambition to become a sword master with his two sword.
