| Wasn't really as shocked as most of you guys are, but I'd admit that it was pretty messed up. Probably nothing that Shinji does will shock me since he's such a messed up dude. He went from being realistic to somewhat likable to unlikable to retarded and... well, I don't know! But at least the last 2 episodes of Evangelion makes so much more sense after I'm done with the movie. |
| When I first saw that, I realized that I would love this movie. It was as if I could feel Hideaki Anno's spite radiating from my screen. Really set the tone for the rest of the movie. It's definitely the greatest "screw you audience" moment I have ever seen. |
