Poor Takuya. He had to take on a lot of responsibilities at such a young age.

His first words were actually "nii-chan"? Hmm.. But it's actually sweet! Minoru's so cute! XD

When Takuya started walking away my stomach dropped. I really understand him and he's been such a good big brother, he's too hard on himself.
And Minoru-chan is so adorable.
I giggled, almost cried and it made me feel warm and fuzzy inside. If it continues this way I think I'll love it.

damn that was .. pretty good. minoru's a really good brother, even if he's a bit mean sometimes but thats just frustration and stress piling up. he's a 10 yr old kid that suddenly got assigned a task a mother usually does. dads also doing a good job, doing what he Can in the house even after a tiring day job instead of just letting minoru do everything by himself

At last I found the first ever anime I watched in my life. Feeling nostalgic. I like the vibe of the show. I'm happy and a bit sad too.

Oh, man! Takuya and Minoru are incredibly precious! I can't believe I cried so much after such a long time (since watching NANA 6 to 7 years ago). I feel sorry for Takuya because he has to take care of his baby brother and handle the housework while his father is busy. I hope his father realizes soon that Takuya is only 10 years old and can't manage everything by himself. He deserves to enjoy his youth like other children. Minoru has also been very lonely. I suppose he can't communicate well due to missing his mother or experiencing trauma from her death. I'm sure their father is deeply saddened by his wife's passing and is pretending to be strong. It hurts to see the pain on his face too.
