| Update your list, first, if you want good recommendations without repeating stuff you might've seen already A bunch of popular stuff I'm about to name, probably you've heard or or seen already: Romeo x Juliet (see how Shakespeare plays out in anime style) Zero no Tsukaima (sigh, this is probably laughable being recommended but it fits) Tears to Tiara (if Guin Saga can be considered, then this is an alternative medieval setting as welll) |

Quote from one of the reviews: "The Legend of the Legendary Heroes is a fantasy piece—a tale of magic and war in land inspired by Europe during the Middle Ages. It deals with Feudal Warfare, more or less." It has a pretty high score too, I think I may check it out as well. XD I also suggest Utawarerumono- It's fuedel Japan more than European, but it has a lot of Loddoss-esque elements to it. You could also try the Tsubasa anime- it's not nearly as good as the manga, but it's CLAMP and some character from Magic Knight Rayearth appear in it. Other than those and the ones you mentioned, I only see fantasy european-ish series with a score below 7. Unfortunately, anime doesn't depict Western fantasy very well so I know where you're coming from with wanting more. |
