| I really enjoyed the comedy in this episode. Fee became pretty crazy there....but she saved the station. I didn't expect the romance in this to have so many obstacles. |

| Favorite episode so far. Fee is epic! As a side note, really starting to enjoy this anime. Some of the characters (Tanabe, mainly) were really annoying at first, and now they've either softened a bit or I've just grown accustomed to their antics. :D |

| Holy shit it's Revy If there's one thing I don't get, it would be the fact that neither of the ships broke out into pieces, let alone exploded. Hoshino even explained that the Kessler Syndrome would cause a chain of wreckage, or it IS the chain of wreckage. Even at the start they said that a screw travelling at 8 km/h is highly hazardous were it to come into collision with a ship. So WHY IS IT that neither of the ships EXPLODED? My knowledge of physics is being questioned............ Someone? Care to enlighten me with facts? I feel like dropping this at any moment because of all these explanations about space terms and physics that seem to contradict one another. |

My knowledge of physics is being questioned............ kessler syndrome just says that debris crashing into debris creates more debris because of the impact breaking objects up into smaller pieces. no explosion necessary. and there was some debris created - when toy box crashed into the satellite, parts of both broke off and drifted away. it might become a plot point later, not sure. also, if by "explosion" you were referring to what was said about ISPV-7 - the reason 7 would've exploded is because it was undergoing environmental maintenance, which (apparently) meant that it was highly pressurized (i.e. more oxygen than normal) => impact would've caused the station to catch on fire. |

| These mixture of tones just don't work for me. It's all off. It's too ridiculous for it's concept. The characters handle romance like children, the boss who's a fully grown women acts like a spoiled brat. I just can't sympathize with these characters. While I do love space and anything relating to it this shit just doesn't engage me in the slightest. The stakes while high are taken so lightly, like a fucking terrorist bombing space crafts should not be written off like it's a god damn middle school tping a fucking neighborhood house. Both the people cleaning up and the smoke girl treat it so casually. While this concept is neat and interesting it's handled so poorly and so childishly. Really needs a good writer to make any of this work and it doesn't have that, that and a more serious tone would do wonders for this show. Which I always heard it pegged as an intense sci-fi drama but in reality it's a slice of life comedy. |
| I detected a love triangle! Tanabe is in love with Cien-Shin. But Lucie is also in Love with Cien-Shin. Tanabe is dating him already, so Lucie is trying to get Hachimaki to date Tanabe so that Cien-Shin is free. Drama will be ensured. Fee got really lucky this episode. First of all she survived a terrorist bombing. Then she gets really lucky because she is unable to smoke her cigarette despite of all her efforts. The anti-smoking officer in front of the smoking room was reeally enthusiastic. I wonder how an argument between him and Spike Spiegel would take place. Oh. A useless bit of trivia I just found. Spike Spiegel ist the first Charakter in the MAL-Character database. Therefore his page entry gets the ID 1. Congratulations to him. Well that has absolutely nothing to do with this anime episode. |
