@Karhu Kaiji- asides from the pacing problems, this is sweet. The Skull Man- I was the one to recommend this one. My only 10 on my list. Beelzebub- this is pretty good, but they seem to be messing up with fillers, or so I heard. @kickthebucket Damn, I don't know 99% of these o.O Lovely Complex was OK. Maybe a bit overrated. Monster- just watch this. Great thriller, but a bit predictable... Princess Mononoke- Miyazaki, what else? Trigun- subtly changes from a comedy/action to a drama/action masterpiece Modified by Tiago97, 10-12-11, 7:37 AM |

@Angel_Beats Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu Ni! - Continuation of an epic anime. Minami-ke - Great comedy. Kamisama Dolls - Only starting this one but I definitely recommend it. That was a really hard one since you already watched most of the anime I did xD |

@Acceleration Although I've never seen any of your PTW anime, I have heard many good remarks about Ouran Host so if you take the opinions of others into consideration, you might want to give that a spin. @Angel_Beats even though he posted quite a few times The Clannad Movie was pretty interesting and a good ending if you didn't like After Story's ending. Full Metal Panic Fumoffu? and The Second Raid were great watches so if you enjoyed Full Metal Panic S1 have at it. Kaminomi's Yonin no Idol is short so go ahead. Minami-ke is one of the better slice of life comedies imo. Shakugan no Shana 3 is a high priority watch at the moment although if you're the type that likes to watch anime in bulk, wait until it's completed. Tsubasa Chronicle from what I remember was a great spin on Cardcaptor Sakura even though it's an entirely new anime world and has no relation to CCS's plot. |

@LEGOF 5cm/s - a fantastic movie. Beautiful art and story, one of my favourites. Welcome to the NKH - a pretty funny and enjoyable anime. It's about an otaku, so have at it. |

@TowardsTheStars Steins;Gate. Definitely one of the better anime this year, and perhaps my all time favourite. Either way, really something I recommend watching soon. I've heard good things about Aria, but haven't actually watched that myself so I can't really recommend it. I do plan watching it very soon though. |

HNNNNNNNNNNNGGHHH ninja'd @ thrina The Place Promised in Our Early Days- great film, and if you liked Shinkai's other work you should enjoy it Natsume series- awesome slice of life series with great characters. Usagi Drop- another awesome and heart warming slice of life (and it's only 11 episodes). You also have One Outs, Shiki, Voices of a Distant Star, Haruhi movie and many other great anime on your list. |

@towardsthestars steins;gate but the person above me already recommended that to you. shakugan no shana is another good choice seeing that the last of the series is airing this season. lots of action and drama/romance if you're in to that kind of anime. ![]() |

@TowardTheStars You seem to have you eye on some pretty good stuff; I don't think there's anything on your PTW that I wouldn't recommend (unless I haven't seen it). That said, the list of anime I would recommend the most would go as follows: Mawaru Penguindrum- Could be my favorite anime of 2011 so far (that's a tall order considering we got Madoka Magica and Steins; Gate, another you should watch, this year). This gets my biggest recommendation, although I could be biased by the fact that is the show I'm watching right now, nevertheless, very though provoking. Anything Miyazaki is a must watch. Don't ignore Castle in the Sky, Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, or Nausiscaa There is no way you won't enjoy Kaiji or Eden of The East. If anything they are at least, very fun. Serial Experiments Lain, Akira, and Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei are pretty good, but you need to be in the right frame of mind to enjoy it properly. (Save these for when you feel artsy-fartsy) @Angel_Beats That first episode of Mirai Nikki was pretty Boss. Check it out. Watch Penguindrum. I cannot get tired of recommending this to anyone. Mystery, intrigue, comedy, romance, symbolism, allusion, penguins, suspense, danger, penguins, randomness (but in a deliberate way), and penguins, this anime has it all. Kara no Kyoukai 5 is the best one, don't miss it. FLCL is my all-time favorite; it goes without mention that I would recommend it. What's cool about this anime is that you can enjoy it at almost any level. It could be a really deep story about puberty, coming of age, etc..., or it can be about robots hitting each other in the face. Modified by MajorMajorMajor, 10-12-11, 2:06 PM |

@Soshinra Bakemonogatari looks like the most appealing thing in your PTW but you don't have many there anyways. |
