YES OMG that's what i thought too but the ecchi scenes aren't ~too bad~ i guess, just really weird lol. i have, but only briefly. i need to find some time to sit down and look through them, even though the list of things i want to watch is pretty long, i won't mind adding to it ヾ(＾∇＾) tsuritama does look interesting, i hope it will be good~~

haha yeah, i'd seen it on my tumblr dash a few times and got curious! it's definitely different, at first i didn't know if i wanted to keep on watching it LOL (i've never watched anything remotely ecchi so i was a bit put off when i watched the first couple of episodes). it's pretty funny, albeit in a twisted way, and so far it's not bad. i'd give it a try! :-)

And knowing you like K-On! makes me happy, haha. Most people that dislike it seem to watch it thinking that it has a plot.

aw yes, i saw a lot of my little cousins today and asjdashdjasd i just love them and love children (well most children, some just drive me insane). it's definitely nice to be around family during the holidays. you know, i actually think i have an extra week more than i thought lol? i wasn't sure when i had to go back to work, and i think it's on the ninth, so i have more time than i thought!! praise da lord \o// i would gladly take your cold weather!!

you're welcome~ it really is a great community for that kind of stuff! oh, that sounds like it should be fun. i'm doing the same. staying home and going to see relatives the day of christmas and the day after. omg i know right, even though i really only get about ten days off, it's still nice to get a break from the normal schedule, you know? aw i'm so jealous that you get snow :( today the temperature was 57 and i wanted to cry it's christmas for god's sake it SHOULD BE COLD!!!

yes i do! bestfiction@lj is the best music comm (for kpop/jpop) that i've ever found. you have to join the group to see most, if not all, of the new entries, though. i used to use ihoneyjoo too and then all of a sudden they didn't post download links anymore? it made me sad :( i'm glad i found bestfiction though keke.
omg YES i am so glad that christmas break has started *____* christmas is probably my favorite time of the year, not just because of the break haha. are you traveling anywhere for christmas or are you going to stay at home? ^^

Haha, yeah, it's in my favorites but haven't yet completed the manga, though xD It is just really great so far (I'm buying the volumes as they are released). But how did you like it? I am still only at volume 15, so I'm not quite there yet. I'm getting volume 16 and 17 very soon, by the way!
And true, Slam Dunk has a great cast, wasn't a single character I didn't like.
Oh, and have you read Monster (or watched)? It's another one by the same guy as 20th Century Boys, and it scores really high as well. ^^

Just finished Slam Dunk and all I can say is "wow". It was one hell of read! This one is going in my favorites for sure!

Yes, I'm reading it online. But I might just buy it when I come across the volumes sometime. Or actually, if I see them, I probably will buy them ^^
But so far, I think Miyagi Ryota is quite a charismatic guy. Of course I also like Sakuragi, but there are some times I think his arrogance is a bit misplaced, but he is very cool. Mostly because you can see him grow most clearly out of the teammembers.
But of course, all characters are really well thought out, I think there isn't a single one I really dislike.

Hahaha, I started on Slam Dunk, but I can't stop reading, even though I'm should be studying. It keep amazing me how good Takehiko Inoue really is.
Oh, and what I really like is how you can see his style improving from the first chapters onward ^^
