I want a list of anime with time travel in it. It doesn't matter if its sci-fi or fantasy.

I have probably seen/watching most of the big name ones such as:
Steins;gate
Haruhi movie/TV
Girl who leapt through time

ones that time travel isn't introduced at the start. (spoilers)

if you have one that time travel is a spoiler, list it and put it in spoiler tags (though I will have it spoiled others won't)

added↓
Also anime like Baccano that uses the story telling method to jump around in time a lot is ok.

...I was going to suggest anime that uses different times as a storytelling device, such as Umineko & Baccano.. but you've already seen them.

If you like that style - I would also recommend: Kara no Kyoukai 5: Mujun Rasen. The way it's told is similar to Baccano's style of time jumping...

Seconding

Fantastic Children (somehow)
Kara no Kyoukai 5 (story telling method)

Adding

Zipang (!!!)
Haruhi Season 2 Endless Eight
Mnemosyne (not really, but the storytellign method seems like it)

And in spoilers

And how is Now and Then, Here and There timetraveling? I don't remember it to include that aspect, but it's a great show.

Not really sure if this series fits the description of time travelling, but more the less I'll recommend it to you, its more on the supernatural, drama category
.

- Ef - a Tale of Memories/Melodies. (story-telling is confusing to some)
- Sandglass of Summer Colors (uses "day-dropping")
- Yomeiro-Choice (manga, though)

If I'm reading this thread right, I don't think anyone has yet to mention Noein, also mixed with alternate universe big time. I quite like how TV Tropes calls it "Quantum Physics: The anime", it's kinda true, but as someone who hated physics, I didn't have a problem with it.

Also:
RahXephon (kinda, it has interesting time line messing around, but no actual time travel)
Tatami Galaxy

Almost but not quite (ie, like Baccano storytelling)
Kuuchuu Buranko

Also, not sure if you watch Doctor Who or not...but honestly, you can't mention time travel shows without it

And if you play games, 999 is a VN on the DS full of it

Seconding Fire Tripper.
Also:
Amatsuki(a boy who gets stuck in a virtual reality fantasy version of Edo era Japan)
The Place Promised in Our Early Days (sort of)(governments experimenting with tapping into alternate universes.)
Tsubasa Chronicle(sort of)They travel to different universes in sometimes one of the universes is a past time period version of one of the universes they previously visited.)
Juuni Kokuki(sort of)(girl from modern Japan gets transported into a medieval era type fantasy world filled with Chinese mythology.)
Harukanaru Toki no Naka de: Hachiyou Shou(sounds similiar to Fushigi Yugi)

Edit: And also, I haven't seen them but these seem to be about time travel:
