| Without a doubt Boku no Pico. If you mean gory and creepy probably Mirai Nikki because there are several creepy scenes in which the main character has to deal with creeps who say stuff like 'I didn't lose my virginity to one man but many'. |

| Narutaru was incredibly fucked up and was still very toned down compared to the manga. Boogiepop Phantom is also right up there in terms of creepiness. In general though, there are a lot more manga that I consider disturbing than there are anime. |
