Pending approval items

How long does it take for things to get approved from the pending queue? I looked up this topic before posting here a bit and some answers said "months to years," but I uploaded a manga entry and it got approved within 5 days. I uploaded some other content alongside said manga also but that hasn't been approved yet. Most of the things I put into the database were of light novel orientation. I researched this page right here that shows the newly added items to the database: https://myanimelist.net/manga.php?o=9&c%5B0%5D=a&c%5B1%5D=d&cv=2 and did some calculations and noticed that the majority of the newly added material is of manga origin. Does it take longer for the light novel items to get approved for the database? Thanks for any help in advance.
