Unless the example site that you gave goes legit, I don't see MAL ever allowing it to be used as a source for list importing. (depending on design)

@Fleeting_Dream its, ok now, i was just blind, the anime website have option for importing to Mal, so I ma quickly change the topic to something else or report to mod to delete this
