The about me design should have an option to replace the "Watching this season" & "Publishing Manga" with "Currently Watching/Reading".
I dont usually watch anime during it's airing season so I'd prefer if my section wasn't blank. Same logic applies for manga

I don't think that would be a good idea; that would literally just replace the Currently Watched list.

The About Me design really is just a small showcase so that someone can quickly see two or three things about you. If they want to see everything, they just have to take a look at your list, or talk to you.
