| I've noticed it as well. Several characters seem to have their main pictures removed. Also, I can't see AoT Season 1's cover image displayed properly on its main page. As if the referred file leading to the image itself was non-existent, lol.   |

One of the possibilities is that those photos were requested to be removed due to Copyright issues (But it is strange that a broken image would remain) Or maybe the image is corrupted on the server 🤷♂️ |

| MAL once again proving how much of an incompetent joke of a site it has always been. You'd just never expect incidents like this one happening in any other serious, high-traffic sites like IMDB for ex. And if they for some odd reason do, the staff behind would never allow it to go on for more than a couple of minutes, let alone more than five (!) days. |

Interestingly, the character pics seemed to disappear one by one rather than all at once. I first noticed there was a problem when Jean's pic disappeared from my favourites haha |

| They are only taking down AoT stuff and site admins know but won't say anything or give context. I'd bet it's almost for sure some copyright shenanigans going on. if it's not copyright, maybe an admin/mod is trolling hard and they can't figure out who the mole is lmao |
