Is the manga worth reading?

Nearly finished watching this anime. I'd say it is kind of a strange one and really old school Shoujo. I mainly watch for Haruhi who is a unique and likable girl. As well as her dynamics with the club (which can come across cringe or even dated). That said, is the manga worth reading?

I do think that the manga goes past what the anime covered. So if you liked the anime, you might as well read the manga! :)

I haven’t read the manga, but from what I heard the manga does go past what the anime in terms of its ending. It’s why every year people constantly ask for a second season of the anime. Because the manga has more content

Manga. I don’t remember how did anime ended. But I remember that I hated manga ending, but it was amazing at the same time.

I absolutely adored the show when I watched it so I ended up reading the manga from the beginning afterwards. The story is just as lovable and adds so much more content and character development. I actually prefer the manga ending to the anime ending, but I really liked both!

I didn't read the manga, but the anime is one of m'y favorite shoujo (and i watched a lot of shoujo), all the caracters have their own personality and past. I really wanted a season 2 but well, like for Yona of the dawn/akatsuki no Yona, i don't think it Will happen. But if the manga is like the anime, i really recommand it! 😁

I've read the manga and watched the anime, definitely think the manga is worth it if you liked the anime. The manga has more character focused arcs for each Host Club member, some additional side characters and a different ending from the anime.

The anime ends around volume 8 of the manga and there are 18 volumes. If you are enjoying the anime I would definitely suggest reading the manga since there are a lot of extra moments not included in the anime. Plus, there’s basically a whole 10 volumes that go beyond the anime! I don’t know maybe something unexpected happens? Guess you gotta read to find out hehe 🤭

The manga does go further into the story!! I believe it end a few months after they graduate??

The manga is better than the anime. Other than the ending song as that is hype af and fit perfectly with it.
