| After watching the OVA I jumped straight to the manga, and the start is hilarious, some chapters are pure gold but by chapter 20 I already started completely skipping any dialogue by Kuroda and his stooges because it was always the same thing, by chapter 30 I barely caught myself laughing at anything, by chapter 40 I just wanted to know how it ends and hoped that perhaps there would be other gold moments, but by chapter 50 I didn't care anymore... didn't reach 60... I do think the start is pretty good, but they are milking the same joke for too long and been a long time Kitano wasn't even scary anymore, it became more "Slice of Life" than "Delinquent"... this could have a been a nice 11ep TV series though. |

| I'm honestly fine with the shift to slice-of-life but you're right, Kuroda is a pretty weak character that doesn't develop as much as he should. |
