| Well, talk about an unexpected turn of events... what just happened!? lmao We're starting to see the beginning of the end for this series. I'm intrigued to know what will happen to Izumi and the Elric Brothers. Honestly, these last 20 or so episodes have got me completely hooked. Props for the animators who worked on this project. |

| rip fu :( guy did his best but king bradley is way too op. glad that buccaneer could at least land a hit on him using fu, so it's not like fu died entirely in vain. poor lan fan can't catch a break either. damn that cliffhanger, what a horrible episode for me to end at tonight. looking forward to wrapping this up tomorrow |

| The end goal of the homunculi is to activate their NATION-wide transmutation circle and open the doorway of truth and become immortal and godlike or something like that, but I forgot that they activated this CITY-wide circle, and I don't remember what the purpose was for this one. Was it to simply suck in the "sacrifices"? Speaking of, they only showed Edward, Alphonse, and Izumi getting sucked in; don't they need more? Wasn't Mustang supposed to be a sacrifice as well? Anyway, questions that I have right now which I have forgotten the answers to. I'll just keep watching lol. |

| I may be late to the party in realizing this, but there was a previous ending theme with sparks running through a hallway, not unlike what we see this episode with the Central City-wide transmutation circle.. Also I'm not sure if this was a mistranslation, but at least in the English dub, when the central soldiers are switching sides, they say "consider this our retirement" but I feel like resignation would have made more sense there (I'm probably reading too much into it) |
| Seriously... SERIOUSLY... why... it's always like that... why does Fu even take his shirt off when he's running? It just lets Bradley know that he wants to blow himself up with him... so it gives Bradley room to slash his stomach... if only he'd done it a few seconds later... though I honestly respect that. BUT... omg... Buccaneer comes in with a surprise attack!!! Didn't expect it at all. They might be going to hell but their deaths won't be in vain for sure. Mad respect!! Rest in peace. AND AND AND. THAT CREEPY DOCTOR WAS THE LAST VILLAIN?! SHIT. Uh but Homunculus said the sacrifice has to be 5 right? Hohenheim, Ed, Al, Izumi... who's the last one? (I have a guess who it is but I hope it doesn't happen) |
