| I don't know the real reson behind his refusal but if i had to guess then Because he attempts to live a "normal" life as his Origin . he don't want anything to change himself and his humanity. |

Thanks for the info!Mikiya acknowledges the difference between Shiki, SHIKI and Void but at the end of the day they're all Ryougi Shiki to him. he knows that Shiki's strength is in destroying things not fixing them and can't help but to think the same applies to Void so he's unwilling to take the risk, iirc he says something like "I don't want to end up in a worse condition than I already am". in the novel it's stated that Void feels somewhat envious seeing that Mikiya desires nothing and is fine with the way things are having an ordinary life. If he was gravely injured instead, would he still not have let Shiki heal him? can't say for sure honestly. but in Void's case I'd say she's unlikely to show up, even if she's that motivated to appear she'd probably do her own thing like how she healed his leg at the end anyway. |
