What was your first Isekai? I'm talking about anime and manga, since many stories can be considered Isekai such as Alice in Wonderland or Narnia.

Probably mine was Fushigi Yugi and later Inuyasha.

If we include full dive it would be Sword Art Online. Its was one of the first anime that I have watched and I found the concept so wonderfull that it actually got me into Isekai and full dive gaming.

If we do not count SAO it would be Log Horizon, which I watched after SAO.

My first anime from Isekai genre is Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo!

In 2013 I was watching Zero no Tsukaima which contains a lot of from Isekai genre.

I believe it was either in another world with my smartphone, or overlord, either way, my first got me hooked on the concept and I started "deep journey"-ing all over the streaming services I had for more.

If it counts, I think my first isekai was Spirited Away cause my parents put it on for me to watch when I was a kid. If it doesn't, then either Sword Art Online or No Game No Life was my first isekai.
