| Hell yeah! lucky twist of fate for Tenma with him getting the promotion he deserves and I'm also glad he just left that bitch Eva. I wonder why Lunge in those whole 9 years didn't try to find another possible reason for the poisoned candies other than person (Tenma) who holds a grudge against the director. |

| Good riddance to the 3 of them. Creepy inspector with the hard drive in his head. A well deserved promotion but now the death of others has had such a positive effect on his life that would be hard to come to terms with. The way he just walked away from Ava when she was trying to get back with him was great. |
| Beat part of the episode was when Tenma rejected the director’s daughter what did she think was gonna happen after what she did to him and so the director and the other two doctors were killed by the candy that was sent to the boy so originally the poisoned candy was meant to kill the boy |

| Damn, 3 episodes in and we already got a 9 YEARS TIMESKIP. I was certain they would involve the berlin wall collapse the year it happen and incorporate it into the story, but I guess, not. At least, not when it actually happened in the present day in the series. Meanwhile, Tenma is out here looking almost identical to how he was 9 years ago, still young-looking and single, but with an immense reputation as a genius neurosurgeon and a high standing in the hospital's hierarchy. My man👍 |

| Eva really thought she had a chance with Tenma after she abandoned him when he was at his lowest. Get out here, gold digger. Tenma is doing more than okay without you. I’m so proud of Tenma, he is chief that genuinely cares for his patients and their well being. "Monster" he said the thing. Roll the credits. Small rant about the detective. My dude, you should ask the staff member about the candy. I have a feeling that he still suspects Tenma like my dude, do your job right then. |

| "The Monster is coming" Really sounds horrifying now the more i hear it, and also that 9 year timeskip was unexpected to say the least and to add on top of that is the detective being as weird as usual but yeah i get that it's his job. Hope Tenma can keep up with his status as a generally kind hearted human being. |

| I didn't expect we'd get something even more satisfying than that ending of the previous episode but here we are. Tenma is actually smart guy. For a moment I was worried he'd take Eva back but then he just stood up and left. The gratification is too much. Their shittyness finally caught up to them. Every single one. The case was a bit surprising though. So they died due to the candy? That would leave it open who the murderer was because technically it could have been anyone sending stuff to the hospital for the siblings. A bit unfortunate that the entire story is built on the fact that the boy did it. Every synopsis everywhere mentions this really early on. |
| Monster Episode 3 The monster is coming. I just wished I did not get spoiled to some extent and just enjoyed the mystery of it. Dr. Tenma's life finally became favorable after every miserable thing that happened to him. But still, after nine years, the shadow of the past still lingers behind him. The murder of the doctors and the mysterious disappearance of the twins were still unsolved. The detective is eccentric with the way he types with his hands, but he has an excellent memory. He still suspects Dr. Tenma as the prime suspect of the killing of the doctors because he thinks that he is the only one who will benefit from their deaths. I am glad that Dr. Tenma did not fall for Eva's scheme again. What does Adolf mean when he says the monster is coming? I have an idea who that might be, but I still don't know what their motives are to kill. 2024-02-20 00:27 |
