Guys I am 100% sure that ReLife and Blue Hearts are the same universe, and Blue Hearts was planned since the start of ReLife.

In ReLife chapter 2 adult Kaizaki watches 2 teenagers joking around outside and having fun. One of them has pink hair like Yuushi and the other has orange hair and Yuuhi's signature lip piercing.
In ReLife chapter 102 Yoake points out a couple at the festival, and from the backside they are clearly Yuuhi and Seto. You can see Seto's signature hairband as well.
In Blue Hearts chapter 7 you see a girl eating ramen alone, looking very similar to Hishiro.
In Blue Hearts chapter 25 they reveal that Yuuhi works at Daymart, the same store that Kaizaki worked at when Yoake tested if he was a worthy experiment subject. The uniforms are the same as well, and you can also see someone looking very similar to Kaizaki taking off his uniform in the background of a panel.

Who knows to what extent, but yeah, and they're continuing with their latest manga.
I don't know if she did the same with Cross Line and Yowamushi Resound.
