I don’t think she’s dead but the cops didn’t want people to see she had a face full of cum and she was unconscious from pleasure/pain/and bc she was unable to really breath with a baseball bat and gallon of semen in her throat. But it says there’s another but I don’t understand how with him going to jail. It seems it was real. I had assumed all the other scenes in the previous episodes were just his fantasy, as well, but maybe they weren't. And it kind of explains his motives, and what has led him to this state – at least to a degree

A lot of the source material makes it seem like it was his but the anime has the sensei stating she was already pregnant which is why he could do whatever he wanted to her, but if u think at least somewhat logically if she was satisfied with her husband then why sleep with the student in the first place
