Does anyone else feel the age rating on this is a bit high?

It's been at least a year or two since I watched this but I've just found out that it was an 18 and that seems high to me. Yes Anna is a bit intense but I genuinely thought that it was an 15 tops. Maybe it's just me, but I don't think it was that bad and it definitely didn't really say or show anything I didn't know as an 15 year old. Then again I always tend to feel that bad language and anything of a sexual nature tends to (but not always) get rated higher than it actually deserves.

Anna's bosom was shown explicitly once throughout the series. I think that's what made it R+.
