It's as simple as the title. This thread is for movies that annoyed you, and nothing more. Don't bitch about fans of movies because that's not what this is about. That being said, by far the most annoying movie I've ever seen was Requiem for a Dream. The editing is bar none the most obnoxious in any film, and is early proof that Darren Aronofsky is a pretentious hack who thinks far too much of his own ability

Damn, I saw so many turds, but annoying? Hmmmmm... Oh.

Regardless of Blade Runner's qualities as a stand-alone movie, I have never been so pissed off at a movie for completely missing the point and strengths of the original book. They basically threw everything that made Do Androids Dream an eco-philo-humanist tale (including the most important character - even if not the main one) and replaced it with Sting naked and wtf they felt like putting in.

Transformers ... I wanted to say "suicide squad" the trailer was soooo good and I was sooo hyped and sadly the film was very boring, but this is not surprise for everyone... So I will keep the transformers, I never liked it, I don't get taste of this, I guess I was born to not like mechas stuffs.

I'm The Pretty Thing That Lives in The House. It was suposed to be a mix of mystery and horror, in the end it was just boring. I got annoyed by the movie pacing, by the story, by the characters, by the end, by everything. Horrible, terrible, disgusting.

It takes a lot for a movie to actually piss me off and "Vanishing on 7th Street" did it. It raised a lot of questions and answered none of them, not even any hints. And it was full of tropes and dumb characters. Maybe it annoyed me more because it's from a director I like, Brad Anderson.

Somehow I am aware of this film, if only for the fact that it has Anakin Skywalker in it

Any Lifetime movie. I remember for a solid week that's all I saw when I left my room. My mom would be watching them, they'd be on in the breakroom where I worked, and they were on at the laundromat. Just looking at one gives me a headache

A comedy movie called "Chips". I watched it with my family expecting a dumb comedy that I would at least laugh at once or twice. I kid you not, I did not laugh once, I did not even smile once. It is one of the most joyless movies I've ever had the displeasure of watching. The plot of the movie is hard to explain. This is because the actual movie is so boring, dumb, and unfunny. But it is basically a buddy cop movie with motorcycles as the main gimmick. It is clearly trying to ride off the success of 21 and 22 jump street. The only problem is that those movies where funny...this movie is not. That the only memorable thing about it was the amount of times the same joke about eating ass was used. If you actually want to know more about this horrendous movie. There is an extremely well done review of the movie below. 0.2/10 would not recommend

I'm tempted to list all of Adam Sandler's films, but that will be too much so I'll just go with Blended. That film was so cringy, offensive, and incoherent that my friend who invited me to watch it began questioning his own sanity.

The most annoying movie I seen is Surfs up. It is a terrible movie about Penguins who surf. The concept seemed ok, but it turned out to be a bunch of penguins gloating about their skill which turned annoying really fast. The movie is short, but a terrible experience I never forgot.

The new version of Cinderella. I simply couldn't take it and turned it off halfway through. The old version had, from a modern point of view, some debatable stuff in it but the new Disney version was truly deplorable. Cinderella was played as an ever-smiling door-mat and house slave with a waistline that is simply not possible (and it wasn't - it was CGI enhanced) unless you are Barbie. I prefer "Drei Haselnüsse für Aschenbrödel" or "Ever After" over this bullshit anytime.

ANY movie starring Adam Sandler minus Punch Drunk Love....especially Little Nicky.

Oh and also "Lady Bird". Overhyped like woha and utterly terrible.

Lifetime movies are a guilty pleasure with me and the fam. Although, they're all almost pretty much the same. New babysitter? Grows obsessed with the dad and wants to replace mum. Surrogate mother? Lying about the pregnancy for some reason or another. Student? Obssessed with teacher/teacher obsessed with student. New neighbor? Obvious psycho. New boyfriend/girlfriend? Hold up there, buckaroo - you may have just stuck your sin sausage in crazy.

Ya get the picture.

I may not be really into movies, but I haven't watched anything more boring than the entire Twilight series, especially Eclipse and Breaking Dawn part 1. I still remember asking my aunt the hour all the time while watching Breaking Dawn; I almost fell asleep in the middle of the cinema and I didn't even bother to watch Breaking Dawn part 2. Never again.

I think I know why you dislike Ready Player One (I didn't like the movie either BTW and it is now, at least IMO, the worst Spielberg movie ever) but do tell why you hate Scott Pilgrim vs. World. I have to admit I do not know the graphic novel it was based on but I rather liked the movie and though it broke out of the usual mold and did its own thing which was refreshing.

i don't hate it but i'm not sure why i found it so annoying, i mean i think the author of the comic is a really good writer, my username is actually the name of the protagonist of a comic he's currently writing called "snotgirl".
i do agree it's refreshing and also one of the most original unique movies i've ever seen but it isn't really my thing? i watched it with my best friend and even though we laughed a lot of times we couldn't stop repeating "when is it going to end?" it's a matter of taste i guess.

also the movie needs more wallace

Bug (2006), it was just really boring.

A Nightmare on Elm street (2010), when I can guess 90% of dialogue we have a problem.

Escape from Tomorrow (2013), indie movie yeah cool but it's backstory is the only reason why anyone would watch it.

Chloe, Love Is Calling You (1934), I understood nothing and for claimed racist controversial film that got banned it was boring af.

Gonna have to agree with the people who mentioned Twilight. My mother was watching the first one recently, so I sat down to watch it with her. At first, I was kind of interested, but Edward and Bella have to be one of the most painfully awkward on-screen couples I think I’ve ever watched. There were so many moments of silence where they just stared at each other, and instead of being intense and sexy like I think the film was going for, it was just unpleasant and awkward. Not only that, but the movie is just so boring! It didn’t take long for me at all to lose the initial intrigue I had when I sat down to watch it with my mom. I wanted to be open-minded and enjoy it, but I couldn’t.
