| First off I am so disappointed that Hoshino didn't win. It would've been OK if Koichi let her know earlier on but not on the last day she's around... Koichi is an indecisive **** (though most romance characters are anyway). Through 90% of the series Koichi and Hoshino's relationship was excellently developed, especially with the fountain scene where Hoshino tells Koichi she's leaving. Mao also had a great guy going for her (Kai), but conceded to Koichi. Both Mao and Koichi have wonderful alternatives yet manage to only realize they like each other so late into the show... Secondly, Kazuki is a boss. The way he cares for Futami is manly af. Would 10/10 date him if I was female. Thirdly, I'd like to applaud every character that didn't win- Kai, Asuka and Hoshino because they handled the loss like a real man (or woman). I'm very sorry to both Kai and Hoshino. You could tell Kai really liked Mao and Hoshino was already going to leave the school. :( At least Kai is in a band now, Asuka can tryout for a football team but Hoshino... has nothing *cries* Even though it didn't end how I wanted, my score goes as 9/10. I suppose in life not everything goes the way you want it to. This anime should be renamed Kimikiss: Pure Salt |

| Truly a wonderful series…it had drama… conflict and yes a complete ended story…oooh how I have been frustrated with open ended ending… really enjoyed the clamp series… other shows like tsubasa wings are also good… I hope I know more shows… awesome show 10/10 |

| Well, I enjoyed this show, although one of my OTP eventually sank. I didn't care much about Yuumi, as I saw her as too generic shy love interest, but damn, Sakino! It started out as a good intrigue, but in the end they just turned her into a plot tool. As for Koichi x Mao ... well, at least one of my OTP has become a canon. 8/10. |

| Well saw that coming. As much as I love Mao’s character Yummi really grew on me and it hurts see her alone like that at the end I mean that’s her first love and sucky way to end their relationship. Would’ve been been better if they slowly drifted apart after she moved |

| What a shitty ending. All ships went wrong for me. It would be 6/10 if not that ending and at least one paring ended well (for e.g Kouichi x Yuumi, Mao x Kai or Asuka x Kazuki) I hope truck-kun strike and sent away Yuumi to Isekai to make her forget about this useless boy Kouichi. May she find happines with some fluffy boys or smth... 4/10 bcs few last episodes were so slow, Kouchi is worst boy and this ending is so bad. |

    Tsundere is best girl and she and the director are the best couple. No bullshit, no games, no lies. Tsundere gives him a little abuse and blushing, he asks her out, then she accepts. Mao x Kouichi could have happened from day 1 but then there would be no show. Anyway now Kai, Houshino and especially Sakino are hosed. They all should have been more crafty to win the game. |

| Just rewatched this after a decade or so, and man Kouchi is an asshole. I remembered bits and pieces of this, but didn't realize it was this bad. |

| That was a brilliant way to end it. All my ships were answered! 🥰 It obviously made sense who Mao was supposed to end up with. If it had not turned out that way, the end would have ruined a decent but slow series. I’m very happy how it turned out though but I’m still a little bitter-sweet sad for Sakino. |
| Its a nice anime. It handles itself seriously, even with its silly moments now and there. The romance is handled nicely as well. I also did like how the anime was very light-hearted in the beginning episodes, and as it progressed, it got more serious towards the romance side. I did like the relationship between Mao and Kai, but that crashed midway the anime. Mao x Kyoichi still makes me barf just thinking about them together. I never saw the point of making Sakino a love interest so late in the anime, specially since she never did anything with her crush until episode 23. Overall, its a nice underrated romance anime (but overrated by those who love it). Its not an anime I can give an award for anything special. |

| Kazuki is the champ! He had the most kisses and was consistent with his love for Futami. Not once did he waver. His indecisiveness was initially annoying, but he developed into a great MC. He truly deserved that sweet ending! What an absolute win since Futami is the prettiest girl in the show for me. Mao & Kouichi deserves a bad ending. They dragged two innocents into their love affair for no reason. They had it easy from the start, and they complicated matters for no reason as well. I realized that Kouichi's love for Mao only happened when she confessed to him. What if she didn't? I salute Sakino, Kai, and Hoshino for moving on. Most people should learn from them. Hoshino is most welcome into my arms! Sakino is always so sweaty and yummy. I'll lick every inch of her body, especially her juicy armpits! |
