Inuyasha desperately searches for Kikyo's remains, but finds nothing. Kagome ends up ensnared by the darkness in her heart as Akago, the infant whom Kagura and Kanna took from Mt. Hakurei, takes control of her.

I Think From the darkness in people's hearts, that child can control the person, poor Kagome.

Kagome, when are you going to realize that Inuyasha will always be by your side? I guess she still feels jealousy and bitterness towards Kikyo which is how the infant took control of her. I must say that infant is the creepiest incarnation yet!

That monk was so obviously fishy. How could they fall in such a trap... I guess Inuyasha is really desperate to think that someone could survive being more than days in somekind of acid thing.

Creepy baby is awesome. This little shit is hilarious. There is something really funny in a evil baby.

I'm surprised he isn't downright depressed. Kikyou is one of the main reasons why he wants to kill Naraku. He didn't even find her remains.....

Another very good episode. This show is very consistent. It started out very emotional and the ending part with the baby possessing Kagome was really creepy and cool.

Inuyasha shouldn't have left them to go search for Kikyo, but on the other hand he decided to go on after confirming her being death or alive

this episode was really good, i'm not talking only about animation but also the pacing and the directing.

inuyasha not treating kagome nicely, and that infant took advantage of that.

this arc going to be interesting, can't wait for things to develop.

It feels like the group doesn't think at all. First they get tricked by a "priest" who knows Naraku's name despite only going there because he heard something was happening. Also he was already dead and controlled by Kagura and they did not notice? And after that the group just let itself get captured and tied up because "they can't escape anytime"... What's the point, why letting yourself get captured in the first place? And Shippo and Kirara are searching Inuyasha because of some weak humans makes no sense at all, they should've just watched them from the skies to help if necessary.

This episode was really good. More intense than the last.

It's sad to see Kikyo go. If she didn't give Naraku the Shikon things might've been different.

Kagome basically confessed she loved Inuyasha in the preview. I'm so glad the darkness in Kagome's heart will be addressed in the next episode.
